I live in Quebec. They called me at 4:30am this morning. Not a great way to wake up! I saw the number and didn't pick up. Went back to bed. Will be blocking this number.
Previous posts says Russia... Sooooo hope there isn't some awesome long distance charges... Sigh guess we will all see (those who picked up)
Just received a call from Russia. Didn't answer. Don't know anyone from Russia so as soon as they hung up I googled the number to see if indeed it was a scam, and it is. Don't answer unknown calls especially from out of country
On Sun. Oct. 1st, received call from 738-386-4817, no message , now nothing. I tried to call back with no success. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm !
Area code 738 is not currently assigned to any area in the USA or Canada. It therefore could be said to be no where. Because area code 738 in not assigned to an area, it is often spoofed by telemarketers trying to hide their own telephone numbers. My personal suggestion is that if you get a call from area code 738, ignore it, and look it up on line so that you can report it.
Got called at 11:45pm. I answered because if someone is calling me at almost midnight it's got to be important.I said "hello?" like 5 times but got no response.Creepy.

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
