Received recorded message on Feb. 20, 2015 which state they were following-up on my call responding to their TV ad regarding a back brace. I never saw this advertisement. I have never responded to any TV ads let alone this ad. I just simply hung up without saying a word.

Called at 11:45 a.m. Caller ID said VA Beach, VA. Did not answe

Same thing returning my call I did not make.

This is the return call on the back brace........ and I hung up. LOL I didn't even call for a back brace

If you remember, a number of months ago, my patient, Mrs ________ received an unsolicited phone call regarding a back brace for herself and her husband.I just received a phone call from telephone number 1-757-301-4589 in Virginia Beach, Va, stating something like this (and I paraphrase):“Hello – this is the return phone call you requested about the back brace which is covered by your insurance. If you are still interested, please press 1, if you are no longer interested, please press 2”This was a totally unsolicited phone call and was probably the same company that called Mrs Suarez. I assume that once someone responds to the phone call, they automatically request information and send it out to the physician whether desired or not. I made no response to the phone call and simply hung up. If you have the inclination to pursue this, the above was the soliciting phone number.I hope all is well with you.Best Regards,Dr Herzog

Another thug, trying to scam someone. Don't answer, it is so annoying to be bathing or busy when the low life idiots keep ringing the phone. I am sick of this crap an we have no one including the government to get this stopped.
