This number called me at 8:30 at night and saying they were from the VA and that they were doing a survey to help the warning management system for fellow veterans. As a vet I said ok and the guy asked one question and it was a personal military question and I choose to decline answering it and they said thank you for your time and hung up.

How DARE you tell people to change their number?!?! It is nobody's fault but your own when you call and harass people at late hours, that never want to be called in the first place. NOBODY is asking to be called by you, and especially not late at night.You are an obnoxious troll who has demonstrated that you deserve any cursing and threats that you may get.

I have received a phone call from this fraud firm claiming they are doing a medical survey, when they are asking questions that do not pertain upon anything medical.

If it was illegal we wouldn't be getting paid by the state, now would we? I pay taxes just like everybody else. Somebody has to conduct these polls, studies and surveys. Too bad you're not a farmer, we pay them for doing a 30 minute survey...

Just blocked area code 757. Scammers keep trying but they show up as blocked on my caller ID. My phone hardly rings any more. If necessary my phone can block everyone and only my contacts can get through.

Yeah, i get cussed out every day at work. You have to have a thick skin for the job. We lose a lot of employees because they can't handle being told that their nutcase family is going to come to our center and kill all of us. We also report death threats from those numbers that we call being given detailed death threats.

I am fed up with these intrusive and unwanted calls.Luckily, I live in MA. and I can report these intrusions into my privacy and then take the offender to Small Claims Court and seek up to $2,500 in recompense for these irritations. I intend to do so and will inform them the first time they call me again.I did try to get in touch with them but their voice mail was full or i received no answer. Guess they have mastered the method for avoiding their annoying calls.

According to BigA's TCPA link on the previous page,(1) PROHIBITIONS.—It shall be unlawful for any person within the United States, or any person outside the United States if the recipient is within the United States— (A) to make any call (other than a call made for emergency purposes or made with the prior express consent of the called party) using any automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice—(iii) to any telephone number assigned to a paging service, cellular telephone service, specialized mobile radio service, or other radiocommon carrier service, or any service for which the called party is charged for the call;So... when you make your autodialed calls to cell phones, whether at 12:30 am or not, that is ILLEGAL.
