Definitely a scam, no way Dominion is sending a unit in 30 minutes to shut off my power after a 12 day late payment. Utilities need to send a warning letter first.
Claimed to be Dominion Power and I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, which they could not do. Rambled on about billing department and I told them they were nothing but a low life scammer that needed to get a life. Told me to call 877-352-8320 which when I googled it, was worse than this which is why I am posting this.
