This group called me from 770-458-6786. The called my family looking for me, (sister, in-laws and parents) and when I called, said they were trying to collect money from me because of some check fraud I was mixed up in and "would I be willing to settle the matter now, over the phone." First thing is, I have never been involved in check fraud. My credit is ok, not great, but I checked freecreditreport to make sure I didnt have outstanding debts. Secondly, when he called for the 2nd time, I asked the guy (once he said his name was "Mark", another time he said it was "Townes") what his address was so I could verify his business. He got SUPER defensive and started to yell. Needless to say this group (or individual) is EXTREMELY PREDATORY and is A TOTAL SHAM. Anyway, I hung up and called the Lilburn, GA police to file a report. Hope this is helpful.

the same man called me 3 day's ago.. milton was his name he said that i could go to jail for check fraud from a payday loan... he said i needed to money graham a payment to him..he just didn't sound right.. what a scammer...very happy i found this site....

HEY CHAD OPPS I MEAN MILTON. YOUR BOSS'S BASEMENT IS NOW EMPTY SINCE YOU GUYS HAVE A BUILDING NOW. ASK IF YOU CAN MOVE IN IT SINCE YOU LOST A IMAGINARY APARTMENT THAT YOU USED TO LIVE IN.

Mr Milton is fake and dont trust anything he says. If you call Ace Cash directly and ask for collections they will send you to national credit adjusters who will then send you back to Purdie and Associates the collection company who bought your debt and now owns your old delinquent account. If you do not pay them they cant press the issue. This is a scam so whenever they call make sure you record the calls then sue them for one third of what thier worth. Ask your attorney!!!!

I'M SO GLAD I FOUND THIS SITE, BECAUSE MILTON CALLED MY HUSBAND'S AUNTIE ASKING ABOUT ME. I DON'T EVEN USE HER AS A REFERENCE ON ANYTHING I DO. SO MY HUSBAND CALLED ME @ WORK TELLING ME WHAT WAS GOING ON. SO HE CALLED THE # ON 3 WAY AND MY HUSBAND TOLD HIM THAT HE HAD A MISSED CALLED FOR ME , BUT MIND U HE TOLD HIS AUNT A DIFFERENT LAST NAME THAN HE TOLD MY HUSBAND. READING ALL OF THESE COMMENTS HAS ME LMAO!!!! I THINK I MIGHT JUST CALL THEM TODAY AND HAVE SOME FUN. DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ARE CALLING ME, I DON'T EVEN OWN A CHECK BOOK.

I know what you mean. This should be reported to the authorities because the little scare tactic they use with check fraud and preliminaries are totally fraudulent. If thats the case then dont you think ace would have done that already. Mr Milton never stated where my hearing was being held,and the only advantage he has is whoever sold Purdie and Associates your account also gave them all of your information. I knew I owed Ace and they almost got me until I researched and found out that they have been scamming people for months. Whatever you do dont pay them because that is money lost!
