Just received a message from this company what do I do

Guys, think about it. This "Samantha" is probably Milton or Dawson themselves typing this crap! HAHAHAHAHAHA!

did you get investigator childs from this number 770-277-6887, we have not talked to him yet. what advice would you like to give me when i call him on Tuesday.

I received a message on my voicemail from an "Investigator" Brotnix or something like that, saying she had a very serious situation in her office that I needed to call her about today. The number they called me from is 770-458-6786. I'm not understanding the whole "investigator" thing when they are just a debt collector. And where they are misrepresenting themselves and reading everything I have read here about them, I don't understand why they haven't been shut down!

For anyone that ever had to deal with The Fake Investigator Johnson. Real name Lequitta Dawn Johnson. She was best friends with Calvin Milton AKA Investigator Milton. And Rashay Purdie AKA " Whatever"!!! She was with them in the beggining From the Basement to there $800. a month Ofnasty to COLLECTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THERE SCARE TACTICS. THEY CAUGHT HER STEALING MONEY. CLAIMIMG TO HAVE BEEN COLLECTING FROM DEBTORS AND SHE WASN'T AND STEALING OTHER EMPLOYEES MONEY. LOOK HOW THE TABLES TURNED ON THEM. She is on welfare and has been getting away with working under the Table by Rashay Purdie FOR A LONG TIME. She sold her foodstamp card to the workers and when she got fired AFTER GETTING BUSTED THAT IS.... She wanted to Cry That she is loosing her house. Wow!!!! Getting over on the Government and working and you are loosing your house. Sad!!!! Just think all the people you scared and collected from now who's in that situation. So much for having a friend work for you. And she was paid extra to hold a Title as Manager. Sad!!!!! Big Bad Lequitta Johnson. NOW DEBTORS WILL BE CALLING YOU!!!!!!!

Contact the FBI, as well as to your State's Attorney General's office and voice your complaints.

There Website states that they work Hand and Hand with Local, State, and Federal Authorities to get Restitutions for THERE Clients. {This is a "LIE" }. CALL ANY COUNTY IN GEORGIA ... FULTON, DEKALB, COBB, GWINNETTE, etc. It is Certain they have never heard of this company. They are only Debt Collectors. Then saying that they go after people for Child Support Payments. The Owner Rashay Purdie has 3 children and he himself is behind on Child Support Payments and in court now with Child Support Matters.

According to the Federal Debt Coll. Pract Act or FDCPA if you inform the debt collector tnot to call you at work and they call again--you can sue them. The best thing to do is to put this in writing--in a registered or at least return rec. requested envelope and mail it to the company.Also, log every call by time, date, caller, etc. Make sure you keep a record of what you said and what they said EACH and EVERY time.Then file a suit and they will owe you money.I know this for sure. I used to work for an Attorney who specialized in judgement recovery and collections and I had to know the FDCPA and follow it to the letter.For more info just Google FDCPA and BTW this is Federal law and applies regardless of the state in which you live.Good Luck!

My wife received a very rude call today. they told her that They were looking for myself and someone else that I don't know. She told them I was not here and they gave her the number 770-277-8901 to call. She called back after a few minutes to verify that this was a legitimate business and the proceeded to tell her that I can't run , they know where I am. Alot of crap and were extremely rude. After giving the wrong date of birth for the person with my name, they hung up. I called back and spoke to some hick named Milton (include backwood country draw to name) who couldn't offer any apologies but could take my number off the list. I am filling a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. Secondly I will be attending Medical school in GA in a year so heads up.

I live in texas as well and my sister got a call form a invs milton and told her that i better call yea right first off i never put my family dwn as a contact so i googled the number and found this sight linked to this number 770-277-8901 i left a voice mail saying that was calling the police dept and found out in the state of texas they are not allowed to harras u. that this is the only state that they can not keep calling u,
