I searched a few other # that I had received calls that had "collectors" with almost the same script. None of the other phone #'s were in GA BUT on one some one who paid had a reference city 2 hours away from Purdie & Associates in Cunningham, GA I find it very ironic that 3 #'s with the same "script" and same M.O. People have enough to deal with, without having to answer all of the harassing, and scam phone calls that are made to us daily. We could us at least 50 or more blocks or something to keep them all off our phones.HELP STOP CALLS.

I just recv'd a call from a man from P&A and he said if I don't call him by tomorrow he will have to take further action. I don't know who these people are and what they hell they want. They can keep calling all day everyday for 50 years and get the ignore button. If i owe something send me some proof in the mail. These people are such scammers...get a life. If I owe sue me then. And Jim your a fake you probably work for the company. Why don't you post a website on here for your company since u say it's legit!!!!!!!! I hate people that have nothing to do but take money from good people who are just trying to make a living. ***Don't give these people any of your info or money!!!i suggest you call the FBI and report them as fraud.

Thank you for that advice. Mr. Milton called me as well & when i asked him to sens me written verification he said he didnt have too. He said if i didnt send him a good faith payment with my credit card he was sending my paperwork to the authorities.

Amazing that I sent a certified letter to a possible address and I never received confirmation back.. I am in process of ch13 and if they are wanting $$ in the future I would think they would want to give me their address. It'll be pennies on the dollar but it is better then nothing..

My states Attorney General is also still "looking" for them as I filed a complaint. I have never heard of an agency refusing to give a legit address. They are in violation of numerous FDCPA rules. I still have not received notification from them.. afraid I might see your address?? Play by the rules and you might be successful.

Yes u are correct this is a scam. I am a recent employee of this business and I am hear to state facts about the people who work for this company. After the sexual abuse allegations by recent employees against Calvin Milton and lack of leadership I decided to take my talents elsewhere. Although Mr. Purdie was cool he carried a fake life also as well as his companion Milton. These atrocities consist of multiple infidelities and adulteries leading to bad management and business. Do not be confused Chat and Associates and Purdie are a partnership company. However they do not have enough legal backing nor credibility to sustain itself. The tactics that are used are simply an imaginary skit to ''get the money''. This is not an attempt to regain restitution or compensation for lost time. This is more of a warning for the American people to conduct business with the proper and right people. I do highly suggest you do business with honorable fellow Americans such as myself to bring correct closure to your debt.To the spouses and wives of the individuals listed I do apologize if the statements above offend you but since I knew this information it also lead to my departure. The trips to Orlando were of any business relevance including some of the women who have stood before you. These facts are horrible but true and even I was used as an escape goat to wear off suspicions of the cruel acts. So if you have any business I suggest u stop it immediately there are better individuals to do business with learn how to sue them for minor things also by visiting www.ftc.org/gov to read more on FDCPA laws and remember your rights.
