Telemarketer selling security camera systems. WAKE UP people: if they call and ask for the owner, tell them you ARE the owner and you aren't interested. Most likely they'll stop calling looking for the owner. They say they are a local company but the area code gives them away as not local.

These people have a sign up with this number advertisting a job. When my daughter called to get more information she were transferred to a guy who was beyond rude. "What do you want to know? It's a telemarketing position you make calls on the phone." And he hung up! Amazing.
