You're wasting your time with the FTC. They have no jurisdiction. How about trying the FCC?
I answered because i was in a bad mood and wanted to give a scammer hell.... but it was a recording - a scam for a "free cruise" if you answer 3 opinion poll questions. The same scammers called a few days ago, different number, and ;i stayed on to talk the "travel agent" -- they claimed the cruise was free from the US Census Bureau. I told the creep impersonating a federal agency is a crime and I had recorded the conversation and was reporting it to the FCC, which i did.. does no good but I did it.. the woman on the other end shrieked and hung up. good.
Received call from this unknown, unidentified number. They left no voice mail, so I guess it was not important. This number is now identified in my phone as DO NOT ANSWER!
Didn't answer call because I didn't know the number. Left no message. These calls absolutely iritate me. 1-11-16

Comes up in my phone as a medical clinic, but when I called them they're some business that supposedly works with Medicare? I'm too young for medicare. Scam call.
Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
Called today and left no message. No caller ID, so I did not pick up the call.
