have to have a phone that has blocking capabilities. I finally went out and bought a new phone just so i could block. Get tons of calls for the medic alert and think they can choose a new phone number each time....so i have about 10 of their numbers blocked so far, and did the same with the last chance cc offer.

November 20, 2013: Received a call from 775-229-1197 @ 1:21 P.M. CT; didn't answer, received no message.Not to state the obvious, but someone needs to shut these clowns and their little operation down. In the meantime, I ought to get a blocker for calls like these.

Shut up, "bigtex." Typing in ALL CAPS doesn't make your point come off as any more valid than anyone else's. It just makes you come off as childish and obnoxious. Grow up, get over yourself, and stop automatically blaming Obama. This has nothing to do with Democrats vs. Republicans, and I really wish people who think like you do would either stay off this site or learn to stop seeing things in such a light.

Like the rest of the comments here I have gone through the same BC. I now have a list of fourteen numbers for the same hoax. It has reached the point where after four rings they hang up. I use my caller ID to check calls and let it ring if it is unknown to me. I don't use my answering machine while I am at home. I've logged them from Russia, India,and Romania no less. It is more fun to drive them nuts not answering. I'm retired so this isn't a lack of a life it is a form of revenge!

Card services. "Warning" me that this is my last call. I wish!! Of course, an Autocall - I blocked it as I have the others.

Hit number to be connected to representative as was the only option given. When connected, asked to be removed from dialer. Representative told me that she "has no control over calls" and hung up on me. No option to opt out of calls. I'm on the National Do Not Call registry.

Not sure how they get through the do not call registry, but blocked them.

Another day another unwanted phone call. Today it was this number. I did not answer and have no idea who it is calling. I just wanted to let others know that this is NOT just a wrong number; this is probably some type of telemarketer.

When entered this number, 800 notes had no info; to alert people came to 800 notes site to alert but I see the few listed above have been called also for the "final notice" from Credit Card Services; first call a 12:28 p.m. E.S.T. & again at 5:55 P.M. E.S.T. Having many relatives in Vegas & Pharumph(? spelling), I pick up the early one. Now that the scammers are using cell phones, it seems the FTC should be easily able to shut this S.O.B.s down as they can trace the call back to the cell tower & pin point exact location where the calls are originating from. Rachael & company; they will be after you again; this time I hope they give you concrete shoes on a leaky "slow boat to China"; of course with your computers, robo call equipment & any thing else they can load the boat with to insure mid-ocean sinking! Seems like a justifiable outcome so we can all have peace of mind & not hesitate to answer our phones.
