There "purpose" was probably to sell all the numbers they collected.I also got a call from this number, but didn't answer. If anyone tells you to "press 1" (or any other key) DON'T DO IT. They can have it set up to charge you hundreds, possibly even thousands of dollars just for pressing a number. These scammers are a pain and its an infringement on my right to live peacefully.
I just got a call from this number earlier today. The woman over the phone said that it was a travel-related call and all of a sudden she started talking to me in Spanish. That was so weird! People, be aware!
Got a call from this number at 5:58 p.m.(Pacific time). I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer the call. No message was left. Furthermore, I don't know anyone in the Nevada region. I have received calls like this in the past where I was asked to press other numbers, I just hung up. Better safe than sorry.
4:30pm.. I did not answer. No MSG.. but is happening a lot those automated calls and I show that this number has been in use since 2008, why no one is being held accountable?

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
