just recieved a call from this number a few minutes ago. i picked it up but i all i heard was unintelligable noise so i hung up.
No message left - numerous attempts to reach me - according to Google postings - its a telemarketer. I am a subscriber of the do not call service and do not understand why I am still receiving calls from solicitors.
We got a call from this number on our Cell at Noon today. We did not answer it, and no message was left. I also researched the number and found out the same info as most of the prior posters. There is another site that perports to allow people to 'file a complaint' about the number. It says that 121 people have 'searched for the number' and 35 or so have 'filed a complaint'. I just put 'phone number 775...' and the number in a search engine and it popped up.In my experience 'listing your number' on the 'no call list' only confirms to the telemarketers that someone is there to harass in the first place because it lists your name, number, address and other details about you. I don't get many of these calls so maybe that is why.Hope these people get stopped, whatever their scam is can't be good. We put up an electronic message on our answering system that says "The subscriber cannot recieve anonymous calls, please call back from an unblocked number or leave a message regarding who you are and the time you need to reach us. Have a nice day." Our friends/family know how to bypass it - auto-dialers, do not! =)
I got a call from this number on 28 november. Looks like it is a spam from what I see on this blog.
Got a call from 775-562-0195 on my business cell phone. I let it go to voice mail. When I retrieved it there was a recording on the other end spoken in Spanish
Pre-recorded message, woman speaking Spanish, loud hissing in background-perhaps simulated ocean sound?

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
