I got a call from this number. tried to call back,, death end! I seriously wanted to get hold of a person on the other side of the line and play Seinfeld with, to make my point how it feels. Scamers!
these mo-fo's call me Wed night 12/22/10 8:40pm (AZ MST); left a blank 3 second voice mail. I'm glad I didn't answer. Yeah says Reno, NV (775) 562-0195
Got a call from these scammers less than half hour ago. Woke me up from my Sunday morning sleep-in. For a second I thought of answering because I do know people in the Reno, Nevada area, but my better sense kicked in. If it was somebody I knew they would leave a message.
2:55 P.M. central. Call from this number. No message. Listed as from Reno, NV. I don't answer if I don't recognize the number.
I got a call today, 12/24/2010 @ 4:48 p.m. from 775 - 562 - 0195. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it. I'm glad I didn't, looks like other people have been called from this number. Must be some stupid telemarketer scam. If you get a call from this number, DON'T ANSWER.
What a great way to wake up on Sunday morning! I get a call from the same number...thought for a sec, and luckily rejected the number. I figured if it's urgent enough, that person will leave a message and/or call back. I never received these kinds of calls until I changed my number.
got a call @ 12.50pm. answered to a woman speaking spanish and lots of background noise. i hung up and called back said that they would contact me again shortly (i blocked my number when i called back) said if i wanted to be removed from the list to enter my number. i didnt feel like being harassed again.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
