Received a call at 5:00PM Central today (12-22-10). Pre-recorded message with female voice in Spanish. Hang up. It is a scam.
Just received a call from 77.562.0195. Now I know not to answer or call back. I signed up at Ron John and am sure they sold my number to this company.

Answered call @ 2 PM, was a cash register sound and then a message in Spanish, once done it disconnected.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
