Just got a call from this number at 10:00 P.M. Was very hard to understand as it was full of static and the lady had a Spanish accent asking for husband who has been deceased over 16 years. ( Phone is listed in his name)
Got the same call but they changed number. All the same number but it now ends in 7! 775-562-0197 Sneaky buggers. I had already blocked the other #. Now I will block this one and see what happens.

Same call from 775-562-0196 at 5:43 pm 11/18/09 Pressed 1 and recorded voice said I'd won $1000. A woman's voice in Spanish said Good Afternoon or something like that and the call was cut off so I hung up.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
