I received a call from this number, EXCEPT that it was only a nine-digit number consisting of all 7's rather than a ten-digit number. Since only ten-digit numbers can be reported on 800notes, I am reporting it here. I'm guessing that a clever spammer is trying to avoid being blocked by spoofing only a nine-digit number, though most call blockers that I'm familiar with do allow such numbers to be blocked. In any case, 777 is not a valid area code.
1 777 777 777Have received the call several times, they do not answer. Thanks for all the information. It is very helpful.
I signed up for Yahoo! Voice for their outgoing call service. The number that shows up when I call my friends or family around the world is +777-777-7777 (or 7777777777). This is just a generic number used for VOIP blocked numbers. So I assume that it could be anyone from anywhere in the world calling using a similar service as I have been using for the past several months.
Try 0000000000 on the search, it's the most complained number on 800 notes! Thankfully my call blocker can block any fake number!
i used to get calls from +17777777777. can any one help me to trace the person who is calling from this number and from where ? its really troubling me too much because i get calls even in midnight. any one can give me the way o block calls from this number. also sometime i get calles +07777777777. pls help me to block this number from my mobile number.
I received 4 calls from 1-777-777-7777. Once I didn't answer, and the other three times that I did, the person on the other end, you could tell they were forign, told me that I have $300,000 in government grant money. LOL! Yeah ok so the first time I answered I told them not to call me back and they still did. I'm getting really annoyed.
I've had someone from 777-777-7777 call about 2-3 times a day, and when I pick up, the other person disconnects. Then later, a live person calls and says "Congratulations, you just won a free Sprint phone." They tend to muffle your name, as THEY DO NOT KNOW YOUR NAME. First question is to ask them, "what is my name?" They will not know it, as they are trying to steal your ID (address, social security number). Then, ask them some for what address do they have for you? Ask them, how did Sprint find me? Have fun with it, BUT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU EVER, EVER SAY ANYTHING ABOUT YOURSELF. I kept one guy on the phone with me for quite a while, they are wasting my time, so while I was scrolling around the web, I decided to waste their time. If you want, make up some silly address and name, and have them mail whatever they are promoting. If it's not a Sprint phone, it will be a free offer. Rule of life: 1) nothing is free, 2) if it is free, they should not HAVE TO ASK YOU ANYTHING, so don't offer anything. Use common sense folks. If anyone knows how to ban or report their annoying 777-777-7777 activity, please post, because we should shut this down asap.
