Got several calls from 778 329 0347 and 604 687 4559. Both of these say they're calling about an important business matter. The message repeats 2 or 3 times and the line goes dead. Calling them back gets no answer. These numbers appear to belong to CBV Collection Services Ltd in Calgary and also in Vancouver their TOLL FREE number is 1-888-311-1121. I haven't been able to get anyone to answer this line yet. They ask you to leave a message and then hang up. The annoying thing is that I don't have any outstanding debts. The next step is my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau.

(last name LAW)When I told them that I had never heard of that person and that I have lived at this address and had my phone number for well over 5 years, they said that they would remove my number from the system.We'll see what happens.

I keep getting calls through my previous address, which happens to be my grandma and grandpa.I live on my own, have made a payment on about 1/2 of my debt (a little above actually) and have requested them not to contact my grandparents through any means regarding my personal matters anymore with threat of a lawyer. Guess what the [***] did today.is it so wrong that i don't want the elderly to be harassed?They are the true meaning of white trash. Not the middle class and lower. Frigging snakes.

Caller identified herself as being from CBV Collections, then asked my for my date of birth. I told her that I would not provide her with any personal information, without first letting my know what the call was pertaining to. She refused to give any info and continued to press for my DOB. I asked what she would do if someone called her and asked for her DOB, she said she would tell them to go to hell. Exactly, I replied. She said that these phone calls would continue, until I gave my DOB. I said I'd have her charged with harassment. She ended up hanging up on me.

i got a call from them same thing... this is an important buisness matter... mind you this call is on my cell phone not my house phone... repeats 3 times then line goes dead and i get hung up on... so i tried calling it back and they kept hanging up on me... so i looked it up on line and found you guys on here... called the 604 number, and someone was there right away... and she asked why i called and i asked her the same thing... so she quite blunted asked with a sarcastic tone..."well who do you owe money to??" i replied,"no one" i have no debt, i have no job i am a house wife and eveything is in my boyfriends name, our house and all of our vehicles are paid off and we have no credit cards... so she says please hold.. new person same question for me, "why did i call??" why did you call me??? ok please hold.... new person same freaking question... so they didn't believe that i either wasn't this DUDE (i'm a girl) or that i wasn't hiding him... very very very irritating

yes I know i did owe cbv collection agencies and i did pay them and i still get the phone calls.Just when u think the calls are gonna stop they never do.Just like the maufia its scary.

It calls then it says it is an important business matter or else it just hangs up in yr ear.I have dealt with CBV collection agencies paid the settlement and they assured me the calls now are going to stop.Well guess what ??? They are still calling.So I called them back and again they said they will not call.Now that I am assured they say they are not gonna call back we will see what happens if I get any more phonecalls it Would be Called HARRASSMENT we'll c what happens not :) :(

S.S.D.D. with calls from 778-329-0347. Computer annoyance calls and claims business matter, then hangs up. I'm still waiting for someone named Sabine (manager) to get back to me about rude behavior from the "live people" that have called and hung up. I'm not waiting with bated breath.

I work reception for a large corporation in Toronto, and I'm not sure if this is coming in on our toll-free line or our local line, but the details are these:Received one call this week, and one last week from this number, with an automated message: "Please hold for an important call... All our operators are currently busy... Please continue to hold." Then after about 45 seconds the call disconnects.
