I got a call from this phone number first on my home line which came up as anonymous, so I let it go to message. Message left said that his name is Craig Richards? of Edmonton Police and to phone him back at 780 292-1286, asking if I know a person by the name of Rizwan. He then called my cell phone number asking the same question and if my full name is the same as this person's last name, and if I have heard from this person lately. The person in question is related to me and is a missing person for the past few years. I didn't ask how or where he got both my phone numbers from because just 2 days prior I was searching to see if there was any new info on my family member online in news reports. I know that police depts are able to dig up phone numbers people that may have new information on missing persons. I am now suspecting that this may be a debt collector rather than the police dept when he mentioned that he will search to find those old news reports that I'd mentioned.
