June 14th a call from a gentleman with a heavy accent:"I'm with Microsoft, and we have to warn you about a hacker.Can you go to your computer, and I can tell you how to fix the problem."He is going to call me back Monday, June 16th, in the morning.

On 6/30/14 I also received a call from a man with a foreign accent claiming to be from Microsoft. He said that I have a major virus and he wanted me to log into my computer while on the phone with him and he would fix it. I said no that I was afraid of being scammed & he chuckled and provided me with his name, ID# and a ph# (424-256-3600) to Microsoft service center. He also advised he would call back in 5 mins. I called the # and it was not in service. He did call back in 5 mins and I told him it was a bad #. He then offered to transfer me to his supervisor. I said no that wouldnt help. He then was insistent on providing me a toll free #. As he was looking for this # I casually mentioned my nephew worked for Microsoft...He hung up on me!!! I did further research & found that Microsoft will NEVER call consumers.

I have received multiple calls from this number. My husband answered one of the call and the person on the other end told him he was from Microsoft, now is having a Microsoft account he asked the man for his name, associate ID, supervisors name and told him he would call them right back with the phone number we have for Microsoft. The man repeatedly said "listen, listen, listen" to my husband and wouldn't let him speak with out speaking over him. My husband told him no YOU LISTEN to me I'm callin the number I have because you are trying to scam me, the man said [***] YOU SIR and hung up on him....
