Received a call from this number and the female Spanish speaker was speaking to someone in the background. She indicated she calling about the "Microsoft Windows' computer. She hung up when interrupted.
Received a call from an Indian speaking gentelman stating he was from Windows and hackers were trying to get into my computer as we spoke. Says I needed to go to my computer and he was going to help me prevent them from hacking me. My computers had been off for several days, so I felt something was strange. Told him I would hang up and personally contact Windows.
Some guy that sounded foreign kept saying hello, hello and there was background talking on my voice mail. Could not understand what they were saying in background.
Caller said his name was Shane, and he was calling from the Microsoft Windows Dept. "There have been issues with Windows crashing, and I am calling to correct that issue." I thanked him for calling, and told him that a nice young lady from his company had called me last week and we got that all taken care of, and my computer was operating faster and better than ever before! He began sputtering a bit as if totally caught off guard, then thanked me and hung up. lol!This is a scam that tells you to press the Windows key and the letter R then go from there. It gives them control of your PC and they can steal any personal info you have stored in your files. Beware!

Left voice mail with sound like a horn.
This caller claimed to be a rep from Intuit/QuickBooks & we needed to renew our Subscription for $1899.99. After asking a few questions things sounded strange. Asked her for our PIN # & she did not give the correct number.
Call came in. Hello, hello. No response. Disconnected. Suspect possibly WELLS Fargo (WF) , but no actual idea. Don't trust one moment.
There are 2 other numbers that are from this same number - 1-800-457-4708 and
1-302-927-3338.
They say they are calling for Clear Springs RX and has family name has health record.
