I received a similar email asking about remodeling bathrooms in Arizona. I became suspicious immediately when "Kim" would not tell me the address of the home and insisted on email communication only. 1st message came in from this address chichkabo@gmail.com"Hihow are you doing this Mrs Kim Morgan i would like to know if you do bathroom remodeling ,do you accept credit card for the payment?"Note: Oddly, when I replied to the message above my reply was sent to queenkim983@gmail.com. I don't know how that happens since I just hit the "reply" button.2nd message received from queenkim983@gmail.com"Thanks for the respond and i am hearing pairing someone so i prefer will communicate via email for now and i want you to do the job on bathroom remodeling in the house i just bought a 4 Bedroom in the city it's a new house so i need the bathroom remodeling i want you to removing old vanity and building and installing new vanity, i want to replace Sinks,Tubs, Showers, Flooring Lighting, Faucets, so you have to go to the house first and do the estimate and let me know how much everything going to cost me i will like you to do me a favor due to my sickness in the hospital for my surgery due to my lung cancer and i will be very glad if you can handle everything for me, but i will love to come back to reside at the new home so i will like it to be fix before i arrive,I will be paying for the inspection of the property for proper handling and estimation Please do provide me with the total cost for of the bathroom remodeling, i will like to make a deposit of $250 for the inspection and estimation of the propertyThanksKim"All of these names were used as user names: Mrs Kim Morgan, Judy Morgan, Kim. We are a General Contractor in Chandler, AZ and received the exact same email after initially being asked if we accepted credit cards. LOL Honestly, does anyone fall for this crap?! Let's see if this person responds to my reply! I'll post if she does! I told her I need to schedule an appointment to see the home in order to do an estimate...which is no charge... and she had to be there. And I'll need an address AND her phone number because in order to make the appointment, she has to call me! LOL I'll update IF she wants to continue to play her game :)
