I, too, am on the do not call list since its inception. I don't answer the call, nor do they leave a message, just stay on the line long enough to prompt my answer machine. Why aren't the do not call people doing something about this? Sooo annoying at all times of the day and evening. Once I punched thru when called about lowering my interest rate - don't use my credit that way - and the person I got was extremely rude and hung up on me!
They have called 3 times in the past week. When we answer the phone most of the time we either get silence or a recording. My husband works 3rd shift and they keep calling during the day and waking him up. We are on the no call list. How are they still getting to call?
Warranty Alert calls every day -once a day since the 8th of April. Except Sunday. I guess they get Easter off.
Rercorded call came in and the message was about our warrenty which was going to expire. we do not have a warranty
I didn't answer the call because the caller ID said, "Auto Warranty." Figured it was a telemarketer or robocall.
This telemarketing scam organization must have me on their hate list. I have been on the Do Not Call List since its inception in 2003, yet this company in Florida has been barraging me with different computerized messages for years -- "How Does $15 Sound?" = Carpet Cleaning / "Don't Be Alarmed" = Lower Your Credit Rate / "We Have Attempted To Reach You" = Auto Warranty Expiry. Each of these calls, often read by the same actor, are attempting to get me to give them my personal contact and financial details. These people -- using a variety of random phone numbers in the Florida area, none of which can be reached if I try to call them back -- are PHISHING: attempting identity theft. I have tried ignoring them, hung up on them, endured their push button response system until I spoke to a person and begged them to stop calling, I have tried lying to them by feeding them phony details, reported them multiple times to the U.S. Government Do Not Call Agency, yelled at them, wrote to the FCC. They are relentless.I would give anything to make them stop.
This number is one of those scam artists, you ask to speak to a manager and they hang up, before that they will ask the make and model of your car, well, since they called me that my warranty is about to expire shouldn't they already know that? They are very rude and will hang up on you if ask to speak to a manager! They should be put out of business, I've asked them to remove my number but they still don't listen.
