They say is claro pr, but is not is a telemarketer .I DO NOT NEED THEM...

I receive calls from this number every day, at all times at my cellular and my home phone for several months already. The home phone voice mail answers, and the call is interrupted. There is never a text or message in the cellular. I never answer. I am a subscriber of Claro so I know this is coming from their workers. I went to their office and asked to stop all calls, and I called the number they gave me and the one on their bill for NO Calls but there is never an answer. I reduced from 3 play to 2 play and my intent was to get rid of their phone but there is no service without the home line. I found this calls very rude, aggresive and disrespectful. I think they are after selling me more expensive services, with a contract and get my credit card number -but I don't buy anyhting on the phone even less under pressure tactics. I am an elderly woman and I think they are taking advantage of this -to fool me into buying products and services I don't need nor can afford neither I want. Anyone can tell me what else I can do to stop this number from calling. Who can help me? Thank you so much. Asi Lo Creo
