called but left no message. Based on what I have read from others probably some sort of off shore outsourcing crap.
Hung up on (as is my procedure for numbers I don't recognize) and they (it?) called back immediately again. No idea who it is though. Called yesterday too.
They called me just a minute ago and asked me if I would participate in a market survey in re to the seafood industry. It was a womans voice and if I were to guess at her age I would say 38-50. She sounded faily smart. I would say she got my info from Alibaba as I have been posting trade lately which would give her that much info.I think the 796 is like a custom VOIP phone deal (just a guess) as it was a broadband call.These folks are worse than the bum with a sign. At least a bum is clear about his/her intent.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
