Also had a person call saying they were from B of A had some security questions. No one starts a conversation by telling you you need to answer questions before they will deliver important information.

this guy said he was from B of A and needed to ask me some security questions before telling me what he wanted. I told him that I don't have a B of A account so he was full of it. He said I could call back the number to verify. They are getting tricky out there

When I got the call, "Tom" asked me to verify my name. I asked him what the call was about. He said it was important, but he couldn't tell me until I provided more information. He then asked for the last 4 digits of my Social Security. At that point I said I needed more information to check this out. He said I could call him back at 800-637-4015.I searched for those numbers online but couldn't find them on any Bank of America website. So I contacted Bank of America about it. They looked at their records and said no one from Bank of America had contacted me today. I also had them check on their Merrill Lynch subsidiary and no one from there had contacted me either. They said it might be a phishing scam and advised me to not call them back.
