Many calls each week. I an answer there is silence on the other end. I get an answering machine when I return call that does not identify the caller.

Automated call for previous owner of my phone number. Pressed 4 for 'wrong number' - automated apology message. No worries.

Finally got an answer, North America Credit Collection.......in my case, for a medical bill with Florida Hospital Waterman.

Answered call - silence. I hung up.

Sick of them calling

They are illegally trying to collect a debt owed to Florida Hospital Fish Memorial by Florida Hospital Fish Memorial. The incompetence of their billing department is showing through...but ruining my life as I owe them NOTHING!

Not sure why this number is calling me, but when I answer the phone all I hear is silence. The three or four calls I get on a daily basis has become very REDICULOUS!!!!

They have been calling for months for a Maria something. Most of the time I get the message later. I tried to call them and gave the reference number and told them Maria is not at this number. They said they would change their records, but they have not. I have also answered the call and pressed option 4 for wrong number and the auto-voice apologizes and claims they will change their records, but they still call.

Automated service, gives you the name of the poor sap they're trying to hunt down.Press "4" to hear the computer apologize to you as sincerely as a computer can.It's weird that telemarketers are very obviously notified when a number has just been acquired and can be called at will for 30 days (until the donotcall.gov thing takes effect), but debt collectors seem to have no clue whatsoever that the phone number has changed hands.
