I got a similar call from this number today. However, when the automated voice said the name of the person they were trying to reach, it was sounded jarbled and unclear. I pushed 4 to signify they had the wrong number and got the computerized "apology."Although this is the first time I've gotten a call from this number, I've been getting similar calls from other numbers lately. It started about 6 months ago, and I'm starting to get really annoyed!I'm very certain I don't owe anyone any money and I really want to know where these people are getting my number from!
they do not call anymore, You get one colletion call that is it. Stop sending bills file suit and I will bankrupt your company and your medical biller because if you read the federal insurane retiree contract your hospital a federal contractor signed your billing requires federal review and approval which I always ger a copy of None was received
This number amd other similar numbers has called and then ill pick up and Say hello? Then No response.
They've called twice and immediately say they've mailed me several bills; which I've never received. Then they ask me for my address to verify who I am. I never give out personal info over the phone, even if it is just an address. They clearly couldn't verify my address because they can't even mail the supposed bills to the correct address because I've never received them. I think it's a scam. Is this even a legitimate company?
03-03-2015 To Whom It May Concern: I have been contacted by your company about a debt you allege I owe. I am instructing you not to contact me further in connection with this debt. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, a federal law, you may not contact me further once I have notified you not to do so. Sincerely, Paul HatcherFlorida Hospital Account
they called and said they were a federal loan forgiveness company. HAve no clue how they got ahold of my number.
They called me stating they could help get my student loans forgiven in three years. They knew my email and name. Once they asked for my DOB and SSN, I laughed and said I wasn't going to give them that info.
This company by name of North America Collection keep calling, when I ask a question them do not answer, but they expect me to answer their question.!!!! I offer them to mail me a letter to my attorney to determine, what kind of business they are running, if I owe money, I have no fair to discuss about it, which I know I do not owe money to any one,but they are not straight shooter ,.They are hunting to get your information to sell to other collection agency, I am in healthcare, some of the non for profit hospital selling un collected bill from patient to collection agencies, but by law, they kind ofselling books to collection angency by non profit / community hospital is legal or lawful, just a think a hospital sells$100 million un collected bills from patients in community and sell it to collection agency such is North American Collection for $3 million. what you think collection agency is doing??This is my suggestion, fFirst ask them to provide you with their addressSecond ask them document to show their right to collect money from you and call you,Third give them your attorney name and address to send mail for any matter and you can dispute it if you are not in fault., , do not give them your personal information including your address,
They keep calling for my daughter. Problem is they are spoofing their caller id as Marketing Sales. Hmm, according to FCC regulations that carries a fine of 10,000.00 per call. If others of you are getting the same thing, write the FCC each time you get called in this fashion and help the bill add up. They will stop soon enough.
