I'm assuming this is TMOBILE calling based on the posts here. They sent me a survey via text message that I angrily complied with. I guess they want to hear my negative responses in person. And yes, they are a bit of jip because the coverage is absolute garbage - meaning you will be the only one in a popular area getting dropped calls and a nice little "X" where your signal strength indicator should be. AND you'll get a nice fat bill as if you were provided great service. Oh well.
I got a call from this number and it showed it as a "forwarded call". I have been on the Do Not Call List for a long time and renew it by calling every year. What good is the Do Not Call List if it is not enforced? It is very irritating to register to something that is absolutely useless.
Well, if it's T-mobile I'm not answering. I also did a survey not long ago and gave them poor ratings. It's ridicious when I'm in a big metropolitan city and can't get service because they are upgrading their system for iPhones. UMMM what if there was an emergency - duh t-mobile. I'm switching companies when my contract comes up later this year.
Yes, this is most likely from T-Mobile. I, too, just recently received a text message from T-mobile in the form of a survey of 5 questions that I answered with negative response numbers. It originally said:Text, part 1: T-Mobile would like your feedback! All texts sent/received are FREE. Thank you for your feedback.Text, part 2: Based on your recent interaction with customer care, on a scale of 1-5 where 5 is "Extremely Likely", how likely are you to continue using T-Mobile?"I received these two texts together on 12/31/12, but couldn't get around to answering the text until Jan. 2nd. As soon as I answered the question they sent me with a lowly "1" rating to the questions "how likely are you to continue using T-Mobile", it immediately texted me back saying "Thank you for your response. The survey has been closed." HUH??? TWO DAYS and it's ALL OVER??I know my recent interaction with this company was EXTREMELY NEGATIVE to the HILT! I guess that's why they sent this.HOWEVER! I had NO further interaction with T-Mo after this text, but they SENT ME THE SURVEY AGAIN, not mentioning this time about my "recent interaction." (my previous "1" rating to if I intend to stay a customer must have been enough).THE SECOND TIME, it says:PART 1: T-Mobile woould like your feedback! All texts sent/received are FREE. Q1/5 is on its way. Thank you for your feedback."PART 2: How likely are you to recommend T-Mobile to others? Reply with a number between 1 & 5 where 5 is 'Extremely Likely'. (I answer)PART 3: How likely are you to continue usiing T-Mobile? Reply with a number between 1 and 5, where 5 is 'Extremely Likely'. (I answer)PART 4: How satisfied are you with your T-Mobile phone? Reply with a number between 1 and 5 where 5 is 'Extremely Satisfied'. (I answer)PART 5: How satisfied are you with your coverage/reception? Reply with a number between 1 and 5 where 5 is 'Extremely Satisfied'. (I answer)PART 6: How satisfied are you with your T-Mobile rate plan? Reply with a number between 1 and 5 where 5 is 'Extremely Satisfied'. (I answer)PART 7: Thank you for your valuable feedlback!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------NOW, seeing as how many others here, after reading it could be T-Mobile, are reporting that they, TOO, have received a TEXT SURVEY as I have outlined above (so you can compare yours to mine), I'm pretty sure this 800 number WAS INDEED T-Mobile following up on us IF WE ANSWERED ONE OR MORE OF THESE QUESTIONS NEGATIVELY (as I had). Possibly, they are only sending out these text surveys if you are either near the end of your contract OR are no longer on a contract. Why waste time quizzing and satisfying a customer you have by the balls with a contract, right?? :)Heck, I didn't answer it either. And if I knew in advance it was T-Mobile, would have made no difference.
I'm a T mobile customer, and rec'd two texts Last week asking me to take their survey...Now this spam call! Don't they understand that this annoys current customers?I'll stop by our local store tomorrow, although I understand they can't control what stupid things corporate marketing does...meanwhile, I'll add this 800 # to BLOCKED CALLS.
I received an incomming call on my cell. i don't give my cell out to many. i didn't answer it and no message was left.
It's T-mobile customer service calling me to ask about why I rated them poor on last survey. I told them my phone was horrible and kept calling them to fix the issue. But those tech assistants just told me to reboot my phone, remove and reinsert the sim card, and to make factory reset. She offered me $150 credit on my next upgrade phone. So I ordered Nokia Lumia 810.Glad I answered this call.
got a call forwarded today from this number. received an "unknown" call today and called back MAJOR scam hung up on the guy and T-Mobile not only confirmed my cell number but forwarded the scammers number to my phone. T-Mobile is the worst cell phone company in the world DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
I answered but no one on the other end. Left no message either but since I just went through the text survey nonsense others here have mentioned I'll assume it was TMobile. I'd rated them low mostly because they were bugging me with a survey.Funniest thing is I hardly ever get enough bars in my office to make or answer the phone but I got 2 bars when this call came in.
