This is definitely a scammer, he gave me the number to call DELL Technical Support. He got into my computer when my new HP printer was installed he installed his with it too. He uninstalled the HP Print an Scan doctor that showed who he, is IP address everything. But I already wrote it all up by hand. I just uninstalled everything he installed HP. He had the nerve to call back! I just hung up. His "name" is George, and has a cat named "Bruno"

SCAM to access your computer to install virus on your computer and then sell you "repair" program. Scammers are spoofing Dell warranty customer service. They have info for your computer model and service tag becauseDell server was hacked or these are the criminal lowlife Indians employed by the Dell outsourced tech Dept. in India.Legitimate calls from Dell are only to return a customer's phone call. Dell never calls a customer out of the blue.The Indian scammers also called using Dell's other warranty service number 800 624 9896.

SCAM!!!!Had the same experience. I called the dell and got the scammer instead. Wouldn't answer questions clearly and kept trying to "repair" my computer and mail it to them.

Received call from a scammer pretending to be from Dell and had noticed they had received error messages at the Dell service department. Told him where to go and not to call again. This is the second call received from these losers. Caller has been blocked.

Received call today from 800-288-4410 on phone ID as 800 Service. They claim to be from Dell. But we have had so many scam calls, we just said we know who you are and hung up. Why can't Dell stop this? They must know about this and be able to do something to stop the calls.

Received call on 2/01/2018 from 800-288-4410 claiming to be from either Microaoft or Dell support. Robotic message was left on my voice mail stating that apparent scammer has obained access to my computer IP address and has attached unwanted scam websites. For my protection and protection of Microsoft data storage caller advised that 'access to my computer (Microsoft Edge Internet) was bloced'. Caller further advised me to call '800-288-4410' to obtain technical support and restore access to my internet accoun. Rather than calling what was obviously a scam operation I was able to restore my computer system via 'System Restore' after severa; attempts..This story is getting old. Computer Scammer continue their ciminal misbehavior with no end in sight and no legal actions by Microsoft or Dell to put an immediate end to it. ++++GUESS IT'S TIME TO GET RID OF INTERNET SERVICE ONCE AND FOR ALL++++

Just got the same kind of call, when i started to ask questions and told him i had PC protection he hung up! Blocked!

Definite scammers from some rat infested area of the world. FK em. :)

Called at 3:28pm. Didn’t answer. Left no message. Blocked number
