They call non-stop and ask for my name but it's not me! Just someone else with the same name. They just won't quit calling!Today I called them by mistake by hitting send on my cell phone (they were the last call). When the "lady" answered, she was a bit**. Asked why I would call her and not talk to her but I've talked to them before and got nowhere. Why try again?
TIRED OF REPEATEDLY HARASSED CALLS EVERY DAY AT HOME NUMBER # (301-515-3231) DESPITE LISTING WITH NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.
They called my wife twice today on her cell phone,I decided to call them back from our landline.....the lady who answered was very nice and very understanding...I told her that I wanted them to cease and disist from calling our cell number to which she was very understanding...also told her about the company "Credit One" her company was trying to receive a debt for....Credit One, is a bunch of [***], who do not understand common english.....my wife and I are in the process of foreclosure and filing chapter 7...every credit agency besides Credit One took the information I had gave them...such as our attorney's name and number....Credit One does not do that, they called here 91 times from June 3rd,2008 till July 3rd,2008...that's right 91 times...so when ER Solutions called I thought great if Credit One acts like a bunch of dipsticks, what am I to expect from these clowns....and like I said, all went okay for now, this gal even apoloized to me for how Credit One acted when I spoke with them and the 91 calls I got (I'm thinking, why is she apologizing..? )....let's see if what this sweet girl told me holds true,or will another one of their patrons become vulgar and want to go out for the kill.....I'll keep all updated if such an action takes place.
YEAH THEY CALL HERE AT LEAST 4 X'S A DAY NO MESSAGE LEFT AND WHEN I ANSWER I GET A RECORDED MESSAGE TO PLEASE HOLD FOR THE NEXT REP. WELL EXCUSS ME... BUT IF THEY CALL ME WY SHOULD I WAIT TILL A REAL PERSON PICKS UP.THEY DO CALL UP TILL 9PM AND START AS EARLY AS 7:56AM. EVEN CALL ME ON SUNDAY'S... I HAVE NO INTENTION TO PAY THEM NOW THATS FOR SURE. GIVES WHOLE NEW MEANING TO HAR"ASSING"...
Calls 4 to 5 times a day and it's a recording looking to collect a debt that I cannot pay right now. I lost my job and my only form of income is public assistance which pays $68.00 a month. You cannot do much with $68.00 a month these days. As soon as I find a job I will pay my bill, I wish they would leave me alone I have enough problems right now.
They are really good at bothering people. I answered and talked to them a couple of times. I explained to them that my husband lost his job and I had a baby and we got behind. We have also been evicted from our apartment. They are collecting for Credit One. I purchased CC insurance in case something like this happens and now they say it doesn't count because I earn more money than my husband did. Useless.
i know i owe credit one but i can't pay whole amount er soultion's call cell and home number's 4-5 times daily even though today i was on cell with them they also called home number at same time
I receive calls from this number several times daily. It is unlawful for them to call here and not identify themselves. An 800 number on the caller ID without a company name or no voicemail message left is no identification. Causing the phone to ring is definitely considered as "calling" The best way to defeat this company and the rest is to send them a certified letter with a return signature card. This will serve as legal proof that you sent a letter and that they actually got it. Once they get a letter like that they usually stop as they realize how serious you really are. I sent one to NCO financial systems and to IC systems. They failed to comply. I am now suing both of them. A court will want proof that you told them to stop and they didn't. Verbally telling them to stop really amounts to your word against theirs but they cannot dispute a signed-for certified letter and a return signature card. Between NCO financial and IC Systems, each will pay me $1,000.00 so I will get a total of $2,000.00 from them and Michigan state law requires them to pay the attorney's fees. Once NCO financial received notice from the court that they were being sued, the calls definitely stopped. The same went for IC Systems. They broke the law, now I will be $2,000.00 ahead of their game and I will pay 0 attorney fees and court costs. There are attorneys out there who will sue collection companies on a no recovery-no fee basis as long as you have good proof (calling dates, times, numbers)and definitely a return signature card and a copy of the letter you sent the collection agency. I have warned several other collection agencies to stop calling me, so far they have complied. But if any of them call me and so much cause the phone to ring 1 time, they will pay me $1,000.00 and my attorney's fees. Verbally telling something is one thing but when you put it in writing, it legally carries alot of weight.
