computer generated message on my machine about a debt. Don't have any outstanding debts. have one disputed debt 2 years ago.If this is Sprint, they may be harrassing old customers because of improper billing/ bogus charges.
Calls at random times from early in the morning to the afternoon and sometimes more than once a day. They never say anything.
A young lady named Kesha called my husband's cell this morning and asked for him by his first name only. I told her he wasn't home and asked if I can help her. She got extremely quiet, so I then asked what is ERC...she told me what it is so I proceded to ask her may I give him a message...she then cut me off and said she will call him back. So I decided to try a reverse look up on the number but got nothing...then googled the number and got this site. I thought it was possible my husband was cheating but relieved to know its a collection agency...kinda!
I keep getting phone calls from this number in reference to a debt in the name of another person!
we get 2-3 calls a day from this number. all it says is stay on the line to recieve a call from ERC and then it clicks over and then hangs up call are as early as 7 in the morning and as last as 10 p.m at night.I have tried to call the number back but it never goes though. This is getting very annoying
I continually get calls from the following numbers listed below. The calls are always for RICHARD JOHNSON and/or RENITA SMITH. These 2 losers must owe everyone under the sun. The caller ID always says 800 Service. I have CONTINUALLY told them wrong number for months now but they won't stop calling. It's not like I have a new number, had it for over 2 years. 800-565-1524 866-357-2332 888-549-7791 866-877-2493 800-549-0766 866-360-3992
Enhanced recovery corp keeps calling asking for someone with a recording voice mail to collect a debt
I've received about two weeks of calls, at least one a day, at all hours of the day. It's a recording that starts with words to the effect of: "Delete this call if it doesn't pertain to you. We are trying to collect a debt." I have no debts. I haven't returned their calls and don't plan to. I haven't received a call in two days, so I guess I'm now at the bottom of their automatic dialing system. Whoever these folks are, ignore them. It's a racket. And whatever you do, folks - NEVER give out your credit card or ss# over the phone to anybody you don't know and who doesn't already have that information, unless you yourself are choosing to buy something or know for a fact that you're speaking with a government agency.
Gave me a reference number and said to call back because they wanted to get info for a collection agency. I've NEVER paid a bill late in my life so I know this is a scam. Called me 4 times in a row!!! A real collection agency would not call that many times in a row!!
The company calling is Enhanced Recovery Corp. They keep asking for people I've never heard of and they call several times a day everyday. I have Caller ID and refuse to answer a call from any person or company I don't recognize the number of.Now that I have found their address, I'll be sending them a letter to stop calling me.This has got to be one of the top two most umprofessional companies I've had to deal with.
