I too got charged 17.95 at 3:30 am for TU Transunion on my skylight visa paycard .... I probably would have never known if I hadnt signed up for text allerts n balance everytime my card is used. I have NEVER signed up for anything with this transunion and I was floored when I googled TU Transunion n found over 275 complaints of this nature ! This is my hard earned money and Ill not stop until i get to the bottom of this ! They charged me at 3:30 am but transunion customer service isnt open until 8:00 am .... Go figure ! Anyone got advice ?

I know what u mean! I've also been victimized by these [***]. My cc company gave me this #: 800-493-3292. They're gonna pay...literally!

Oh, also, the name of the "company" was TU Trans Union.

In my case, it was $17.95. Yes, TU Trans Uniin and yes, same phone #.

I was never called but was sent an SMS. For weeks, they've made several attempts to deduct $17.95 from my prepaid debit mastercard, which very fortunately, has no money on it. I NEVER signed up for any credit reports or anything thst even resembles the "services" they provide at TU Trans Union. I have NO idea how they acquired my card # in the 1st place. There aught to be dome sort of class action lawsuit against these thieves!

first off - if you call the number they IMMEDIATELY ask for your social security number, DO NOT BE FOOLED. I have never in my life paid for a credit report and never would I, ever. What a bunch of bs this company is. Thankfully citi bank put it in dispute and is refunding my money and if they file it again more actions will be taken by my bank to go after these guys. Not to mention even if I did (which again I didn't) I never received any emails from Transunion! Ha! what a joke!

yes, call your credit card company and open a report IMMEDIATELY. inform your bank of this info and they should refund your money and monitor your account for activity from them again.

Had a charge on my card from Transunion, never heard of them, called the number 800-493-3292 and it was an add about a cruise.

I just got charged wit a 17.95!! And overdrawn my account!

$17.95 was deducted from my account. Unauthorized, not a viable charge and completely fraudulent.
