I received a call from this number telling me that they were with Xcel energy and had a work order to replace my meter due to unusually high usage. They claim Xcel sent me a letter letting me know this was happening. Funny, Xcel sends out letter showing your usage and how you compare to your neighbors. My usage was below that of my average neighbor
