That's AARP's Direct #. A lot of times the give the wrong number to call back (?235800) and you get another company unrelated.

I made the mistake of signing up with AARP for Medigap insurance. I couldn't even set up my account online until my policy took effect, so I had to call the company to get my incorrectly spelled ID card replaced. I couldn't even get a properly spelled ID card sent to me without calling and without jumping through a lot of hoops, but then AARP had my cell phone number. AARP has been making incessent phone calls to my cell. But they never leave a message. I'm just plain disgusted with this company. Others have had the same problem with AARP calling constantly and leaving no message.Thankfully, I'm within my six-month window for picking up Medigap insurance, and I've canceled and switched to USAA.

Calles but when you answer they don't say anything

It is not a fraud it is for United Health Care an insurance company for Medicare recipient's looking for additional insurance.

I'm a policy holder with AARP-United Healthcare and If this is AARP or United Healthcare, why doesn't the Caller ID say so? When I see "Name Unavailable" I know it's a telemarketer or solicitor and don't answer. I'm dubious about this number and will not respond to any calls from it.

Is this a real number for AARP? They called several times, I answer, no one is there! What gives?

Typical telemarketing scam. Person called, asked to verify my name to see if I was the correct person, then started asking for personal information: what is your address, could you verify your middle initial? That sets of red flags: any company that calls and immediately starts asking for my personal information is a company I do not wish to do business with. HANG UP!
