Received a call and with a VM of hold music. Called the number back and heard the greeting of Crunch Fitness Billing Dept. Funny they are calling me now since all gyms in Chicago have gone bankrupt.
This number called my office looking for my supervisor. Took his name (Arial) and number & asked what it was regarding and he wouldn't tell me. He said have him call the number back and I told him I would not pass the message on unlees he told me what this is regarding and he again said no. So I hung up!
these guys are clowns i moved my membership form montgomery st to union st worse mistake of my life they said I wasnt in the system and then tried to sell me another membership even though I gave them the name and number of the person from membership that handled my move they said I needed to be "more proactive about my membership" i then went back to montgomery st and the lady at the front looked me up on the computer and gave me a new card and walla no problems they call me regularly andtell me to pay my membership fee even though i am not bound by contract i wouldnt work out at crunch even if it were the last i hesitate to call it a gym in the universe
I keep getting. Calls from this number and they wont remove my number from there vall list
DUDE! I have not been to that El Toro Gym in a year, and have not paid. They sent me to collections and a bill of $60!!! I bet if I tried to go to the gym, they would not let me in, but they are happy to send me a collections bill for $60. BEWARE!!! If you don't pay your membership or officially cancel in writing- you are going to collections!!!!!!!!!!!
This # 800-547-1743, something is seriously wrong with it. I called it back and it was a LOUD sound that I have NEVER heard before. It was NOT a fax. Good going Crunch Gym.
