A. Recorded message said my visa debit card was innactive because of security reasons.The message said it was because of purchases.Then asked for card info nummber exetra.
Being called by this number several times. Claims to be Gateway Market Research and are advertising a weight loss product. Asks if I know anyone who would be interested. Type 1 for yes... 2 for no. Even after typing 2, caller continues to describe the product. Hung up and called the number back. Received fast busy.
Same as last comment. Tried to block but our telephone service here "can't block International calls." Hmmm.
Got a message about losing weight with some herbal coffee that's going to be released soon, in North America.....so stupid...SCAM! These people are annoying.
I knew the number was spoofed, but I'm on my lunch hour, so why not have some fun? This was a robo-call from "Gateway International" saying it was short survey about a revolutionary new weight loss product. It asked if I (or someone I knew) would be interested in more information and to receive a free sample. Press 1 for yes, press 2 for no. I pressed one. It gave me the same exact message in French. Press 1 again...pitch in English...press 1 again, French again. Tried again pressing 2. Again, it just rotated between giving me the original message in French and in English. I tied up their line for about 6 minutes pressing 1, 2, 1, 2. While doing so I filled out the FCC on-line complaint form. Funny how "Gateway International's" crappy robo-call system will result in 0 people scammed since you can't get past the original message.

This Is NOT Wells Fargo! It does seem legit, but it is NOT. I called Wells Fargo & they said no one called me. ALWAYS call the # on the back of your credit card no matter what company it is.

Keep getting calls from this number. Caller ID says 'Alberta' so looks like it's from the Provincial Government, but no-one there if I pick up and never leaves a message.
