Absolutely safe number, i called them several times and my problem was fixed every time, i also give them 5 stars for helping me out with the problem.
i tried to install microsoft office and i also got an error on the wenbite and then i conacted the Microsoft support the number provided to me and they guided me step by step and problem was fixed, so give them 5 star ratings for saving my ass.
called the number for help and i wasn't asked for any money, i had a problem with my office and they fixed it, i called geek squad as well and they were unable to fix the same problem, this is a legit number.
Tried to download microsoft office that i had just purchased - got to the site that i thought was microsoft office and started to download but was interrupted with an error and was told that i needed a microsoft office security protection and i had to buy in order for it to work. I refused to along (almost did) - this is very sophisticated with chat help line and telephone #'s to call for help etc. - finally i said i actually wanted to return the product as i only purchased the program not signing up for the security that i had to pay more for - phoned best buy and they gave me the # of geek squad.ca - they told me it was a scam - BEWARE - TOTAL SCAM
