Does anyone know about collection agencies? I have four+ on my credit report. I have contacted them and in each case the original creditor is a hospital, ambulance company, or other medical corporation all of which I have insurance coverage since 1993, way before the dates of service. They have some nerve and will just say any old raggedy thing, "you refused to provide your insurance information." Now, who would refuse to give the hospital the insurer so their bill gets paid and it does not go to collection. Anyway, I gave them the info and they need to find the person that didn't get the hospital their money. Cedars-Sanai has no problem ($180,000+, $75,000+, $110,000+, ...) getting their money. And, I am always asked and given forms to fill out, or someone fills them out for me and its mainly about what insurance you have. Right? Can I sue these people for reporting their negligence as my inability or unwillingness to pay bringing my score to 533 from two (2) VISA card accounts always paid on time. So, they are damaging my credibility.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
