Got a call less than five minutes ago. Complete silence. Definitely irritating since I'm on the national Do Not Call list and don't give my number out for anything ever.
I got a call on my cell. I didn't answer it and they left no message. I returned the call using my land line that blocks my number for out-going calls. An automated voice answered the call saying, "thank you for calling PSCs do not call list" and then asked me to enter my phone number. I hung up. I'm not sure if I heard the acronym (PSC)correctly, but it doesn't matter anyway since it's just a scam.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
