Natale Law Office is the Collection Lawyer that Global Credit uses if they cannot get the money you owe. This is the worse people to deal with. I had a debt that I owed, so I was contact by this number and was told I must pay immediately. I made a payment arrangement with them and within 1month and a half, I paid off my debt. A month after I paid my debt, and received my release form that my debt was paid in full, I get a nasty call from one of their reps saying that I still owe them money and that my first payment returned Non-Sufficient Funds... I told them that according to my bank and their letter of release, my debt was paid in full. So, they made up a new file for me and said that I owe Global Credit money because they were the ones who paid off my debt. I told them that unless they can provide me with proof that I owe them money, I won't be paying them a penny. They then tell me that they don't have to give me proof of anything. How do they not have to give me proof? How am I suppose to go by their word that I owe them money when I have all the proof that I did? They are the rudest people to deal with and are completely ignorant. I called to speak to a supervisor to complain about one rep in particular, and the supervisor would not even let me speak... and the whole time, I was trying to get to the bottom of this and told them that if I owe them money, I'd pay, but I need more information... But they refuse to give it to me. All they did was yell at me and tell me that I owe them money and that they are going to take me to court... If they want to take me to court, by all means, do it... I have my proof that I paid... If I go to court, and I tell the judge that I have proof I paid, and all I asked for was proof from them that I didn't, he'll look at them like idiots and be like "Why didn't you just send her proof that you didn't receive the money?"...

Yep I agree total jerk holes, I am thinking about filing a harrassment lawsuit against them.

I'm assuming this is a collection agency of sorts calling.They call 3 times [literally one after the other] but it comes up as "Private caller" on my phone but they finally left a number.Every time they leave messages telling "me" that I "better call us back by 7am tomorrow morning or else."I put "me" because it's impossible for me to have debt [I don't currently have a job and never did anything when I had a job to accumulate debt.]They leave threatening messages not caring about privacy for whoever the debt really is. [They will leave the "call us back or else" messages won't address who].This thickly accent [perhaps indian?] man left the "It's in your BEST INTEREST to call me back today by 3 PM or there will be trouble for you".. I don't know if this is legit agency/call but their business practices are disgusting.

I received a very similar message today when I got home from work. The voice mail did NOT identify who was calling or the intended recipient. It just said (quite rudely) that "our numerous attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful. It is in your best interest to call us back by X time tomorrow. It is in your best interest to resolve this voluntarily. I tried to call back using the number they left but just got the voice mail for some woman "Laura Gerdenla" (sp?). I still have no idea who they are, what they want, anything! It was so incredibly rude and very stressful! Has anyone been able to verify whether or not they are even a legit business? Has anyone had this happen when they don't have a debt? I can't think of any debt I have that they could be calling me about. I think it was the same caller mentioned in someone else's message (man, strong accent).

i believe they're calling on behalf of the Ontario Student Assistance Program - OSAP.I also had a call from a man with what sounded like an African accent. Most of the message was cut off, but he said I "must call us before 9am tomorrow". Also called from a private number.

They handle all kinds of debt collection, including OSAP in Ontario, Canada (student loans). They like to leave messages like: "call us back before 10:25 am tomorrow".It's just a gimmick to get people to call back to update the file with them or make payment arrangements.Alt: 416-724-4176

Interesting story ..... Income tax went towrds my remaining balance of my dept . Recieved a letter from the goverment stating that I had paid the ammount I was quoted .However I was still recieving phone calls to call them before 10:30 am the following morning . Apon finally calling them back I was patched through to the person taking care of my account to find out that I OWE UNDER $2.00 .YES that says under two dollars .I am debating on whether to pay this amount right now . I mean all these calls I have been getting . Prior to this I made the call to this company explaining my Tax return would cover the amount owing .Harrassment for a payment under 2 dollars ?????????

Just got a message...same as above...."many attempts to contact"..."best interested to call" and "have until 0910H tomorrow morning to call the #". Said it was the office of Bernadette Hardray???. Does not say who they are calling about....It is not me or my spouse....not very good business etiquette. If it is legit, could be for my husband's ex-wife...the only thing possible. If so, I would gladly call and provide her phone #.

got a call from blocked number with similar msg as above and return number.. if you don't call such and such.. I don't think if threat works for someone who is in such a bad debt shape that his/her debt got to the collection agency.. what are they going to do? if the person had money they wouldn't be in debt!!!! There should be a law against calling numbers leaving message and stating the full legal name of the person.. what if this is not the phone number of that person anymore.. which is the case here.. they are asking for a person that doesn't even exist..

I get calls from these people at LEAST 5 times a week, sometimes 5 times in one day. Most of the time it is some annoying recorded message. I have been ignoring them for months. The one time they called that I bothered to answer, I told them 1- I do not transact business over the phone; 2 - I never answer calls from "unknown" numbers 3- if they have any dealings with me, it is to be done in writing or they are wasting their time. They still call, but I have never received a letter. I am certain that it is because the debt is no longer collectable (i.e. over 2 years old), so they are trying to get me to acknowledge the debt over the phone to "re-start" it. Nice try guys, not going to happen. Either send me proof in writing of the debt or you are not going to get a a cent.
