I have received several callsa day from the same number its very annoying and nobody is on the other end

That 1-800-SERVICE number calling you is actually a genereal customer service number in United States. For example you're having problems with google, youtube, or any other web trouble, you can contact that center of general customer service.

We receive multiple calls on a daily basis and have for months on end from 1-800-SER-VICE. Please help!

Can't remember a time when they didn't call. They ask for money for different NGO's; We tried to get them to stop, they agree then call the next day. DC area.

We receive several calls a day from 1800-SERVICE (1-800-7378423) asking for people that we don't even know. When we don't answer they leave no message, but they don't stop calling. I'm wondering if it can be blocked?

Please stop calling me!

Started getting calls in October and wasn't sure why.......Hang up calls 3-4 times daily...Had surgery the end of Oct. and was very ill.... They..........Continually called, and the visiting nurse finally had to turn the phone off so i could get some rest.....Two nights ago i received a call @ 9:00 pm saying she needed my home address and was from Charter One Bank... Told her i do NOT give out my information and if she was from the bank she would have my address....Was very rude and aggressive.....Hung up on her....Went to the bank the next morning and realized that in the first of Oct. I had deposited $ in my acct, and the Asst. Manager put it in the wrong acct.......This made my loan payment late, thus i started getting these calls......I am furious with Charter One.....Today, I received a call from the Manager and she told me............. everything has been taken care of.......Well, tonight they are calling again...Supposedly these people are foreign....Not sure which country but could barely speak English.......

Ditto to call comments above. Average 5+ calls a day even as early as 8am on Sunday and as late as past 9pm. Have answered and waited for responses but none came. Can this number be blocked?

Gary a few posts back is right!It's not one single company, anyone can buy into the service and have it displayed when you call. So unless you answer and get it out of them, you really don't know who it is. e moved and got a new phone number and it calls us all the time. Asking for Roger, the guy who had the number before we're guessing.

I have received at least 23 calls from 1-877-270-5606 with the caller ID of 800 Service since 10/7/09. Sometimes they leave a 3 second message telling me to push #1 now. Google d the phone number and 800 notes IDs it as possibly "Encore Receivable Management" a possible collection agency. Which is very possible. I have attempted to block calls using Com cast's call screening, but it wont block the number. Any suggestions?
