Phishing call. Automated system asking to verify info to upgrade your sprint account. THIS IS NOT SPRINT!!!!
Claims to be Sprint calling to let me know that I'm eligible for a free upgrade. I have told them on one occasion that I already know this and to quit calling, but the calls (and text messages from another Sprint number) have not stopped. I'll be blocking this number as I don't need to be constantly reminded about upgrades.
Got a call from this number and they said they were Sprint and wanted to give me information on what my bill would be if I upgraded to a newer device. I said ok. Then they said, "First I need to access your account. Do you remember the answer to your security question of 'what was your first pets name'?" I replied, "yes, I do, but I don't feel comfortable giving that to you over the phone." They were confused, and asked, "Why not?" REALLY?!?! If you're actually from sprint you should be able to access my account without me giving up answers to my security questions!!!!
It was spring, but the lady calling had a thick Spanish accent and spoke so fast I couldn't understand a word she said on voicemail. WTH??

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
