stop calls please

I am homeless and I told ' Nationwide recovery' this. The collection comes from a hospital in Atlanta Ga. I am a veteran so my medical is free when I can get to the Va hospital. The visits to this hospital were emergencies. The last time nationwide recovery called I told them I had a lawyer and that I would sue. They wanted the name and address of the lawyer.

called ... didn't answer ... called back ... got music ... read your posts ... won't answer THAT number again!

Unreal, I went bankrupt, told them they need to stop calling me, They refuse. I was being smart about it saying I did not get anything in the mail. That female says YES WE DID SEVERAL TIMES......All I can say is they are full of crap, if they sent paper work in the mail My laywer would be sendingthem a letter to STOP bothering me, or sueing them for harassment after the fact. They know this because to many collectors got seud already. THATS is why they never send anything in the mail, Like proof of payment you have they are trying to collect AGAIN over the phone. If they did it is fraud in itself.Plus the stuff they are trying to collect on was already paid and I have the reciept, they refused a second time to send me by mail a request for payment with details. If they do, they will be so sorry because that is what my lawyers is waiting for to come in the mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got a call from 800-822-8383. They didn't leave a message on my answering machine. So I simply programmed my answering machine to block that phone number (it doesn't answer that number) and to NOT ring if they ever call again. My answering machine is a Uniden which I think I paid around $60 a few months ago for it. Real easy way to PUT A STOP TO HARRASSING PHONE CALLS. If they are a legitimate business conducting themselves according to all applicable laws, they can leave a message. But when they don't, I have every right in the world to block their call AND program my answering machine to not ring. Done. Well, I do enjoy coming here to post such phone numbers so others may know in advance if they would like to program their answering machines the same way.

They call almost daily. Also call form 469-579-4391 call center. Nationwide Recovery System. Ihave no debts.

Receive several calls for these folks every week. No message is left. When we did answer, they asked for a woman "Phyllis Lathem" who does not even exist (I checked. Used to be an investigative reporter.) They got very rude and accused me of hiding information.

I don't answer calls from unknown numbers. If it is important anyone will leave a message... I'm on the DO NOT DISTURB LIST please stop these and all out of state calls to my phone...
