I called the number. It sounds legit. But If I don't know who called me or why how am I supposed to select a choice. It did say to talk to a VA representative click on 4. I did this and it gave me some more choices then said I could schedule a rep to call me back. I chose to just hold on because I didn't have any reason to talk to them. The recorded voice then said something nice like have a good day, then disconnected my call. I son't be calling them back. I want a live person when I call. If I don't get that, I won't waste my time even with the VA.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
