They call at all hours of the day and night saying they are 5/3 Bank. Trying to tell us there is a problem with our credit cards.

Why in the world did you give them your bank account number and social security number? You put yourself at a lot of risk by doing that.

5/3 Bank calls everyday at the sametime. I have asked them to stop, they have not!!!!

They call me every morning between 8:35 and 8:45. I did call the number back once and a recording asked me if I would be interested in talking to a hot sexy man! Definitely a scam of some kind!

This is the collections department for Fifth Third Bank. If you still don't trust the number, call the fraud department number listed on the Fifth Third website. They will remove your number from the calling list if you do not have a 5/3 account.

I keep getting calls from 1-800-837-5745 claiming to be 5th 3rd bank stating there are suspicious charges on my non existing account with them

Anyone receiving a call from this number DO NO GIVE ANY INFO it is FRAUD. They will try and steal your information. We confirmed it is a fraudulent number with 5/3. Please report it to the FTC so they can begin an investigation. All of us need to report it!! They will only start an investigation after getting multiple reports about the same number.

Hey guys - It "IS" a legitimate call and "IS" 5/3 Bank! I do have an account with 5/3 Bank and my account is, at the present, "overdrawn"! That is why they are calling! I agree, they call continuous throughout the day, early morning to later in the evening, but that is a result of no one answering the phone. You would be better served to go ahead and answer the phone, especially if you don't have an account with them, and tell them you are not a customer of theirs. That way the calls will stop because they evidently have your number on file that used to belong to someone else that, at the time, "WAS" a customer of theirs! So until you answer the phone and indicate to them that you are not an account holder, and request they remove your number from their system, the calls will continue! Good luck!
