What they do is take old debts from collection agencies, that are beyond the "statue of limitations" which means the collection agency cannot pursue the debts beyond that limit, according to the state the debt is in, and then they try to intimidate, coerce, hassle, or do whatever they can to collect the money or part there of..Then the collection agency takes a cut and these vultures get the rest..They are not entitled to any of it..
this caller does not leave a name it sais in a robotic voice to press 1 to collect money somerhing like 300 or so dollars and then a mans voice sais to go to drssol.com or call another 1800 num to be removed but of course i have not been able to do that
they call trying to collect money for a phone # which I never had about 4 years ago.Sinc when do debt collection agencis ask for W-2? I questioned the operator about that and she swiftly state that she had to go and to have a good day. I said ditto............... damn thieves think they can get one over me, that will be the day.

Called three times and left no message. The third time the name that came up on my phone was Authors Club president. I answered and the caller then said they were collecting on a debt, claimed they were recording the call. Scam.
