If you get a call from this number and you are a manager of a retail store, you WANT to answer this. This usually means someone is breaking into your store or something caused an alarm to go off.
Prolly should answer this call. Its an alarm company trying to tell you something important about your store.
CheckPoint Security monitors my house, Always a good thing to answer if they are calling. Doesn't happen but about once every 5 years when a bat comes down the chimney. Very good company

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
