RECEIVE CALLS BUT SOMETIMES WON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. WON'T TELL WHO THEY ARE EITHER.

Thet are medical collection agency. Their Home Page states their business hours are Monday-Sat., so how come I get a phone call on Sunday and I had previously made payment arrangements throgh them and this Barabara Johnson, but not htng came in the mail to confirm arrangements and receeived no ID # to refer to on the website. The debt is real, but the agency is bogus as far as I'm concerned.

Calling every other day and they have not sent necessary info for me to pay them and they are impossible to get a hold of. They have a website that states their business hours are Mon.-Sat. and I am getting phone calls on Sunday. I will report them to the a Attorney General of Pa. for harrassment and bad business practice. I will also report them to the Better Business Bureau for the same reasons.

LOL..my phone autmatically sends this number to voicemail then deletes the voicemail. I love my new phone..screw you debt collectors! lol

We are on a do not call list.These people called this evening during dinner.Told them we were on a do not call list.Would not say way they were calling.We have no debt, owe no one.Please fine them for calling.Thanks

Keeps calling my cell constantly... even in the evenings as late as 9:30 pm.. its annoying... i am tired of this... once i spoke to them.. they wanted my checking account number directly to take money out from y account, for my husbands bill (which they dont even tell me which hospital) and don't want to send bills either. They so suspicious, I am so tired of these calls that the moment i see that phone call i just hang up..

Yes...this number is from Penn Credit Corporation!!! Their call in number is 800-900-1380, but they use 800-900-1381 as their automated call out number! I have been called MANY times by the number and finally tracked them down as the call out number does not come up anywhere. Apparently the problem should be easily fixed as they were calling for someone not connected to my phone number. I told them that person is not at this number and they said they'd remove me from their list. received a call from this company. they would not identify the company. a recording indicated that the calls would be recorded. called back and they were asking for someone who doesn't live here. they were very rude. my number is on the do not call list.
