An automated recording stated my Social Security number (SSN) had been suspended for suspicion of illegal activity,” and that I had to press one and speak to a Social Security Officer Immediately. So I played along and pressed one. When the gentleman picked up the call he asked for my name. I stated "you called me you should know my name". He then proceeded to state that I called him. I said no.... you called me. He then proceeded to get upset and stated "if I did not want to talk then hang up". Sounds pretty legit to me. LOL...
