I left ACS over 5 years ago with a proper 2 week notice notice to work for a competitor. I don't believe in burning bridges and have heard rumors they went from 40 collectors to 18 in recent years. I want to leave my current job now as times are tough and am thinking of calling Cindy assuming she is still in charge to see if there are any positions there as I am living in Milford again. Can anyone out out there give me some information on then now on who they have for clients, who the supervisors there are there now what it is like working now there. I would appreciate it and to all the debtors they are a good company with good people and when you speak them be polite and listen to what they have to say as your options rather than argue and yell and you will get further and everybody wins. Who else is still there these days ?

Be VERY careful with this debt collector. It is ACS and they are a legit collection agency but do not give payment info any other way then asking them to mail you a prepaid envelope self addressed To them. I asked thrm for 4 months straight to do so for me and after being [***] arouns being told they cant do that or being spoken to like they are mY parents a supervisor finally sent me one. Do not trust anyone over The phone especially these guys. Ive read horrible things ans heard of awful experiences ppl went through w them. I truly dont know how collection agency workers sleep at night, especially these people. They have no remorse and dont understand there is generally always a reason why people cannotPay their bills. TD bank is the specific debt that ACS is working with me for, so perhaps they deal specifically with bank debts.

IF YOU WANTED A SELF ADDRESSED EVELOPE MONTHLY, YOU SHOULD HAVE PAID YOUR BILL PRIOR TO IT BEING SENT TO COLLECTIONS. THEY ARE DEBT COLLECTORS, NOT THE DEVIL. THEY WORK LEGALLY. IF YOU PAID YOUR BILLS, YOU WOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH DEBT COLLECTORS. YOU'RE NO LONGER A CUSTOMER, YOU'RE NOW A DEBTOR, SO DON'T EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE. QUIT COMPLAINING AND PAY YOUR BILLS. (;

I worked there for 4 years and a debt of mine was sent for $50. I did not feel like calling in and talking to anyone so I went on their website to pay it on line and I see Cynthia is executive VP. no list for Carney, Gagnon or Tina. I figure Carney is probably retired as he said years ago he was only going to work 2 or 3 more years. With no list of Rich did they get rid of Lowell or something ?

Why the caps? Dear lord. And it wasn't a bill, it is from a checking account that went negative because of a fraudulent check being cashed from my account, Miss/Mister know it all. Regardless of what kind of business you are, customer service is an absolute necessity. Who on earth would even waste their time on a forum like this unless they are trying to figure out who called them? You are not a customer nor a "debtor", you are a trolling idiot, without a life apparently. Update.. I finally got my envelope from them to verify that I was actually speaking with who they said they were and I've been paying weekly and they are STILL continuously calling me daily because they must have no communication nor reputable customer service reps to update their records. Be SURE that once you are done paying that you get a note from them stating that your debt has been satisfied and take the time to send it into the credit bureau because I am SURE they take their sweet time to update and report back that your debt has been taken care of. You have to be proactive with these people. I hope this helps someone!

Not that many clients left there anyway. This place is a sinking ship. Only a matter of time and I liked the flying monkey crack I don't want to say his name but I know he speaks Portuguese and I wonder why his proper name isn't Robert. He and we all know who would hook up in the EMC parking lot after work maybe they have a new spot now but he is totally useless and John Burwick will never sell his half of the company. She will eventually inherit it causing a blood bath with Andy some day either way Associated is destined to self destruct one way or another. So don't believe the rumor that John is going to sell out.
